Executive Director

After an extensive search led by the Nutrition for Learning Board of Directors, we are proud to announce that O’NEIL EDWARDS has accepted the position of Executive Director to begin August 3, 2021.
O’neil Edwards BA, MBA, is an award-winning education and non-profit professional who has two decades of senior leadership as a Global Education administrator for non-profits, secondary schools and post-secondary institutions. During his over twenty dedicated years of leadership, O’neil has been instrumental in guiding planning processes in supporting the development of innovative programs and services that promote access, diversity, and inclusion. O’neil has had the privilege of living and working in many different countries, bringing unique insights to his work. Building on a passion for developing people’s potential. He continues to be part of programs that bring real social change.
The Board was focused on someone who could continue the exceptional work to date and bring an ability to extend the reach of the organization. O’neil has extensive experience with DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) and previously worked with Pathways to Education Canada and Ryerson University.
We are confident that O’Neil’s many talents, collaborative and engaging leadership approach, and wide-ranging experience will help us grow the organization.
O’neil will work closely with the Board and staff to ensure we achieve the strategic goals and vision, including developing internal and external relationships and expanding organizational capacity to fulfill Nutrition for Learning’s strategic priorities, vision, and mission.
